WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING PROFITS FROM SPORTS BETTING. SPORTS BETTING INVOLVES RISK, AND YOU SHOULD NEVER BET WITH MONEY YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUEPICKS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truepicks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communications. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
